- Username: A chosen display name that is shown publicly on the whitelist.
- Email Address: Used for account identification. Displayed on the public whitelist in partially masked form only (e.g., j***n@gmail.com). Your full email address is stored securely and never shared publicly or with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Optional Message: A voluntary message you may submit, which is displayed publicly alongside your username on the whitelist.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your real name, physical address, phone number, or government-issued identification.
- We do not collect, process, or store any payment card information. All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor.
Automatically Collected Information
When you access our Service, we may automatically collect standard server log information, including your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and timestamps. This data is used solely for maintaining the security and functionality of the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To display your username, masked email, and optional message on the public AGI Whitelist.
- To process your payment through Stripe.
- To communicate with you regarding your entry, if necessary (e.g., responding to removal requests).
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Service.
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes unless you have given separate, explicit consent.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except:
- Stripe, Inc.: Your email address is shared with Stripe solely for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their use of your data.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
- Public Display: Your username, partially masked email, and optional message are displayed publicly on the whitelist by design and with your consent.
5. Data Retention
Your whitelist entry (username, masked email, optional message, and timestamp) is retained indefinitely as part of the permanent public record, which is the core purpose of the Service. Your full email address is retained in our secure database for as long as your entry exists on the whitelist.
You may request deletion of your entry and associated data at any time (see Section 6).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of any inaccurate information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your whitelist entry and all associated personal data from our active systems. Please note that cached versions of publicly displayed data may persist in search engines and web archives beyond our control.
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
